Spacious Two Bed Self Catering Accommodation Near The Centre Of Torquay

 

The Stables  Apartments are situated in the Meadfoot area of Torquay just a few minutes' walk from the clifftop Daddyhole Plain and from Meadfoot beach with its cafe and watersports. The apartments are formed from the former stable block of one of Torquay's historic villas which was once owned by the Romanovs - the Russian Royal Family.

There are two spacious two bedroom apartments available. Firstly, there is a ground floor apartment which has a large open plan living space and two bedrooms plus a wetroom style bathroom which is iedal for guests who might have mobility restrictions.

The second apartment is on the first floor and this also has a large open plan living space and has two bedrooms. It has a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. The apartment has a log burner.

The apartments can be let separately for groups of up to 4 people. The can also be let together for family groups of up to 8 people.

The Lower Stable

 

 

Living Space at The Lower Stable

The apartment has a very spacious open plan living space which includes a good sized and well appointed kitchen with all the key appliances and equipment that you might need. There is a dining area where there is a table and chairs and a sitting area with a three piece suite and a large flat screen TV. There is wooden  flooring throughout this space. Windows overlook the front of the property and make this a light and bright room.

 

Cooking and Dining at The Lower Stable

The apartment has a very spacious kitchen packed with great equipment so that guests can dine in with ease. The owners have also provided an eating out guide which makes it possible for guests to dine out and let someone else do the dishes.

 

Bedrooms at The Lower Stable

The apartment has two good sized bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed (UK size = 5 foot width). The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have newly refitted lamintae floors

 

The Bathroom at The Lower Stable

The bathroom is wet room in design and so is ideal for guests who might have mobility restrictions.

The Upper Stable

The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed via its own entrance and a flight of stairs up to the living space. As with the Lower Stable, it has a very spacious open plan living space which includes a good sized and well appointed kitchen with all the key appliances and equipment that you might need. There is a dining area where there is a table and chairs and a sitting area with a three piece suite and a large flat screen TV. There is wooden  flooring throughout this space. Windows overlook the front of the property and make this a light and bright room.
